As y’all know we recently made our move to Hawaii! We are loving everything about this beautiful state. There are so many plants and trees in bloom, and the weather is just amazing.
My kids are water babies, so we’re spending as much time as we can down on the beach. Every parent knows that when you’ve got kids in tow you’re going to need supplies. After a few trips to the seashore, we quickly learned what we would need to pack for our beach trips. So, today I thought I would share my Toddler Beach Bag Essentials with you guys!
Sunscreen- It’s so important to protect my little one’s skin. I like to use a wet skin version, making it easier to reapply after we’ve been in sun and surf for a while.
Beach Towel- You know why. 🙂
Beach Blanket- Ours folds up into a little pouch, it’s awesome! I like to use a beach blanket more than just sitting on towels because they’re way easier to get the sand off of.
Drinks- Gotta stay hydrated, friends! Water bottles for the big people, and an Oxo Straw Cup (7 oz.) for the little guy. (Bonus tip: Use the Cleaning Set for Straw & Sippy Cups to keep your cups super clean, nobody likes a germy sippy cup)
Snacks- We like to bring dry snacks like Goldfish crackers in our Flippy Snack Cup, it even comes with a lid to keep out the sand!
Swim Diapers- If your little one is still using them.
On-the-Go Wipes Dispenser w/ Diaper Pouch-We just got this and I’m already loving it. It can hold up to 20 wipes (which every parent uses, way past potty training) and comes with an attached diaper pouch to carry up to five diapers, or like we did, it can carry things like your sunscreen, car keys and more.
Floatation Device- Of course, I know you’ll keep close eye on your kids at all times but this just gives some added piece of mind until they become strong swimmers. 🙂
So that’s what we pack, what do you pack for the perfect beach day? Visit the Oxo Tot website to find out more about the products featured in this post.
