[E]very week our family likes to have #TacoTuesday. Maybe it’s because we’re Texans, maybe it’s just because Tacos are awesome, but we gotta have them weekly!
I like to set all the ingredients out and let the kids make their own choices. There is always a lot left over, so I turned some into a Burrito Bowl for Lorne to take with him to work tomorrow.
I put his corn salsa and watermelon in some of our silicone cupcake liners so he could take them out easily before reheating his bowl at the office.
