Hey friends, how are you doing? It’s been a minute since I last posted, what can I say, life got in the way. We’re trying to sell our house so we can make the big move to Hawaii and my days have been filled with visitors coming to check out the house and we’re still homeschooling so it’s been hard to balance everything.
I managed to make this lunch for the kids yesterday and take a few photos to share with you guys! Yay!
This lunch includes:
- Meatball Dunkers with Marinara for dipping
The Meatball Dunkers couldn’t be easier. Just start with your favorite refrigerated dough (I used crescents) and cut using biscuit cutters, add in sliced mozzarella cheese and a frozen meatball, wrap the dough around the ball and bake. Easy peasy, and so good, they’d make great appetizers for any holiday party too, just include some marinara for dipping and you’re set.
I’m going to attempt to be more consistent about posting, so I’m going to be posting on Tuesdays and Thursdays every week. Hopefully my goal of twice per week is manageable, but I hope you’ll forgive me and stick around through our move and in the Spring I’ll be back at it full force. 🙂
Some of the items I used in this lunch are available below:
Have an awesome weekend y’all!
