Hey y’all! Ready for a brand new week? We’re back from a lazy Spring Break at home last week, so it’s back to bento today and I’m starting off with this Shamrock Lunch! It’s totally simple and would be easy to recreate for a fun St. Patrick’s Day lunch tomorrow! I just used a small heart shaped cookie cutter to make mini sandwiches arranged them in Shamrock shape and added the crust of a slice of bread for the stem.
- Peanut Butter Shamrock Sandwich
- Grapes with Shamrock food picks
When I bring our Go-Gurt’s home from our local grocery store I always put half of them in the refrigerator and the other half in the freezer. One of the most genius features of Go-Gurt is that it’s made to be frozen and thaw in your child’s lunch box (but still be cold) by lunchtime! And bonus…it’s basically an ice pack to keep the rest of the lunch chilled too! Win, win!
