It’s been a while since I posted a #GLGKFitFoodFridays lunch, I just can’t seem to get myself together lately. But here’s what I ate on this cloudy Friday, a wrap lunch:
- Spinach wrap with (low sodium) honey ham, roma tomatoes, colby jack cheese, and some yogurt ranch
- Hard Boiled Egg
