Healthy Fried Rice
On Friday’s I like to share with you some of the healthy foods I’ve been eating this week, today is my version of Healthy Fried Rice with shrimp. The secret is it’s not really fried and I use whole grain brown rice instead of the less healthy white variety.
I cooked some shrimp in 2tsp of EVOO, added (cooked and cooled) brown rice, chopped red peppers, white and green onions, and some of the 21 Day Fix approved all purpose seasoning.
- Brown Rice (1 Yellow)
- Shrimp (1 Red)
- Chopped Vegetables and Snap Peas (1 Green)

Can I just say… it was delicious! I love any sort of Asian food and this was so tasty and totally satisfied my craving and saved me from ordering take away!
